Ordegan (Ketorolaco Tramadol) is effective due to a competent combination of two active components, each of which manifests its action:
Ketorolac has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It belongs to the group of analgesics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), has the properties to relieve inflammation, pain and reduce fever, acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, regulatory hormones, reduces the effect of painful stimuli.
For its part, Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic, it acts on opioid receptors in the thalamus of the brain and further activates pain inhibition systems.
What is the dosage of Ordegan?
Ordegan (Ketorolac Tramadol) dosage can only be prescribed by a doctor after individual consultation. How to use: the capsule should not be diluted or opened, take with plenty of water, preferably on a full stomach.
Ordegan 10mg/25mg dose is calculated as one capsule / pastilles every 12 or 8 hours depending on the intensity of pain.
Do not administer to children under 18 years of age or for a period exceeding 7 days.
Can it be prescribed during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Ordegan Organic Pastilles or Ordegan Capsules
should not be taken during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, due to premature closure of the open fetal arterial duct.

Contraindications
