RINELON® is indicated for the treatment of the symptoms of intermittent or persistent allergic rhinitis (previously classified as seasonal or perennial) according to the new classification proposed by the ARIA guidelines (Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma, for its acronym in English) of adult patients, adolescents and children from 2 years of age. In patients with a history of moderate to severe symptoms of intermittent allergic rhinitis, prophylactic treatment with RINELON® is recommended for two to four weeks before the expected start of the pollen season.
Product Description:
Nasonex Pediatric Nasal Spray contains Mometasone Furoate 0.05%, a potent corticosteroid specifically formulated for pediatric use. It is designed to provide effective relief from allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps in children, helping to reduce symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes. The nasal spray works by reducing inflammation in the nasal passages, providing long-lasting, non-drowsy relief for up to 24 hours.
Indications:
- Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis: Reduces symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy or watery eyes.
- Nasal polyps: Reduces swelling in the nasal passages, improving breathing and airflow.
How It Works:
Mometasone Furoate is a corticosteroid that works by blocking the action of inflammatory chemicals in the body that cause allergic reactions. It reduces swelling and irritation in the nasal passages, thereby alleviating the common symptoms of rhinitis and nasal polyps.
Dosage and Administration:
- Recommended Dose:
- Children 2 years and older: 1 spray in each nostril once daily (as prescribed).
- Adults: Can be prescribed similarly, but specific pediatric instructions should be followed.
- Shake the bottle before use and prime the spray if using for the first time.
- Administer the recommended dose as per your healthcare provider's instructions.
Precautions:
- For nasal use only.
- Not recommended for children under 2 years old.
- Do not use if allergic to Mometasone or any of the ingredients.

Most of the drugs we offer are manufactured in Mexico, some are manufactured in countries such as Germany, England, France and others, all manufactured by large multinational laboratories legally established in Mexico.
What is the expiration date of the medications I receive?
We offer the guarantee that your product will have at least 10 months of use at the time of sale, however most of the drugs we sell have an expiration date greater than 1 to 2 years
